Made of fibre glass and designed to look like a fat port-a-loo, the “igloo” beach hut once adorned the promenade making it look like the toilet zone at Glastonbury.
Their fatal design flaw was not being able to grip mother Earth very well and during the big storm of ‘87, they took off and landed, apparently, in the allotments at Wick.
