Double Yellow Line Parking

The Police won’t hire Traffic Wardens because the parking business is being taken over by the council. The Council, meanwhile can’t get their act together until the summer of 2010. The police themselves are too important to deal with parking offenses so it is effectively a free for all.
Park where you like - its all OK.

These cars have not had their registration plates disguised for the photos - either the owners are using a subtle trick to avoid speed camera problems or the cars stopped at traffic lights in Wick and were graffiti’d.
