Strangely at odds..........
There seems to be two opposing views within the fire service regarding spontaneous combustion;
One fire fighter suggested that Spontaneous combustion was “utter bo**ocks”.
However, a colleague said he knew it to be true as a guy, nicknamed ‘Petrol Pete’ , (as he always smells of petrol and who is an avid fan of the fire brigade and always appears in the crowd watching the fire fighting) told him so. Must be true then.
